For most of us Umrah is a very special journey, often made once in a lifetime, and prepared for months in advance. But the planning is usually tiring: flights, hotels, visa, transfers… lining them all up separately takes time and wears you out.
We built Zair to make this easier. You tell us where from, when and what kind of Umrah journey you want, and we bring everything — from the flight to the hotel, from the visa to guidance — together in one plan. If you like it, you go ahead as it is; if not, you change the hotel, the length or the flight.

More than 35 years in the field, a new digital layer
With its technology, Zair is a new brand, and we don’t hide it. But the experience and strength behind it are not new.
Zair was founded as a joint investment of Elçi Tur and Amade Turizm, with more than 35 years of experience in Hajj and Umrah, drawing on their operational know-how and field experience. What is new here is the technology and digital convenience; the craft and the strength on the ground rest on decades of corporate experience.

Legal assurance
Who is responsible for your booking and your legal assurance?
Zair is a smart travel and planning platform. Under consumer law and travel regulations, the legal assurance for your booking is provided by Paraf International Travel Agency (TÜRSAB No: 7910).
Your contract is made directly with this agency. Although flights, hotels, transfers and visa services are each provided by their own suppliers, your single counterparty throughout is Zair and Paraf Travel Agency. Once your payment is complete, all your documents and your contract are sent to you in one email.
